1:1 Coaching

The power of one-on-one coaching resides in its personalized approach to discover and define your vision for your best life, leading to self-determined goals that are attainable and confidence boosting.  Success creates momentum that you can build on. By collaborating and designing a program that works for your lifestyle, you can achieve the level of health and wellness you desire and deserve.

Coaching is great for you if:

·      You want guidance on movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management

One-on-one coaching consists of six 45-minute bi-weekly sessions, by zoom or in-person, if convenient. Email support is provided between sessions to answer questions and help keep you moving toward your goals.
